Fettle Foundry has contributed an original design to the 2025 edition of Fedrigoni 365.
Each year, the publication selects a different theme, and artists and designers respond to it in a way that highlights the quality of Fedrigoni paper and showcases its potential for creating premium publications. This year’s theme was “opposites,” and designers submitted artwork featuring opposing words that would be printed in either a light or dark volumes.
After participating in the 2024 edition, we’ve returned for the 2025 edition, exploring the keyword “contained” and the number nine.
Our design draws inspiration from the process of hinting, the ornate drop caps commonly found in old books, and the pixel art of 8-bit and 16-bit video games.
